All configuration can be set via environment variables. CLI flags take precedence when both are set.

Executor card context
For every card invocation, the agent supplies these authoritative values to
the executor subprocess. They override stale inherited values and should be
read by scripts rather than set in persistent agent configuration.

Add your .env file to .gitignore — it contains API keys and tokens.
